I just got the Hoya R72 filter yesterday. Put it on the 31/1.8 and shot some hurried scenes on the way to work (I was late). I don't think this is great... but it's different.

Among other things, I know I need to do this on a tripod, stop down, lower ISO, longer exposure, and have noise reduction turned on. It's strange to look through the viewfinder and see absolutely nothing... also strange to know that the image was recorded with light my eyes could not detect.

In post processing I adjusted levels, adjusted, contrast slightly, shifted color balance towards cyan, and USM'd.
