I assume you mean an M or an A 50/2.0. If so every one I've had apart the elements all come out in two 'groups', front and rear. That leaves just the mechanics in the assembly. The groups can then be dis-assembled enough to get to all surfaces. On the M lenses the front group screws out, on the A lenses the front group is held in place with three screws.
