A 70-200 and F 70-200

While searching for a F 70-210 I found several lenses listed as A
70-200 and F 70-200. The pictures of the lens confirm this. Bojidar
Dimitrov's site has no references of these lenses. The F70-200 looks
identical to the F70-210. The big question is are these lenses as good
as the 70-210?
