Hi Tim thanks for the comment and I'm really looking forward to hear from your bird photography experience. I will try some cormorant shots in the next days with a SP 500/8 Tamron mirror lens and fast film, but maybe I just a need better/faster lens for that or try again with the Soligor 350mm F5.6 M42 lens I got for $20 at an auction ;-)
