Hi John
The XA4 macro is the rare and only one of the series with a 28mm F3.5 lens
and close focus up to 30 centimeters.
The others have 35mm lenses, the XA F.2.8 and the later ones are slower at
F3.5.

The XA was my very first camera when I worked on swiss ships worldwide
followed by the Pentax ME Super I got it tax free in Hongkong 1982. Both are
the most silent cameras I have, very convenient in churches and in crowded
places.

Here is a test shot from a distance of one meter with the XA4 macro, not bad
and Paul could like it too ;-)
I made another one from 30 centimeters and should get it back from the labs
in a few day to show it...
