Rob uses a 9600, not sure what Pictopia uses (they have lots of options AKAIK - and they usually, print BIG. 20x30 could be considered a proof print. I've seen the work from both places, and know the people who do the work. Both are amongst the finest shops around. Both serve a very wide geographical client base, with clients world-wide.
