G'day Sandra, I'm using PS CS2 but I think the procedure below is the same: In PS go to Edit>Preferences>Units & Rulers and change the rulers units to inches. Open the image, select the crop tool and enter the width & height values you require & a resolution of say 150 pixels/inch (I assume your printing onto cloth? If not, 300 pixels/inch is fine). Crop the image as desired. You'll now have a 6x6 inch image. Select the hand tool and click on the "Print Size" button to visually confirm it's physical size. Print the image as you normally would, making sure that you don't scale the image to fit the page. I've had to do the same thing for my Mum on occasion. Have you ever asked your mother why she cuts up all that material only to sew it back together?
