No one knows for sure. There's a ton of speculation.

The greatest likelihood is that it will be a 16x24mm sensor, just like the current DSLR bodies, because that is what Pentax is optimizing for with the DA lens series, and the 10Mpixel Sony sensor that Nikon is using happens to be that size too. Since Pentax is using Sony sensors to date, it makes some sense that they will continue to do so with the next body ... also since their collaboration with Samsung had to have gotten started well after the development for this new body was moving along, and Samsung hasn't built a large sensor with this kind of density yet.
