OT: printing pictures to specific sizes.

It's very simple. Open your image and save a copy. Open the copy and hit 
image, image size. If your image is already square resize to 6"X6" if not 
then resize to 6" on the smaller of the two sides then use the cropping tool 
to crop to 6X6 Make sure your resolution is high enough,  360 PPI should be 
good and will give you a file of about 13.5mb. Make sure you have constrain 
proportions and resample image boxes checked.

Pictorico, www.pictorico.com has a PolySilk material that might be a good 
choice of material to use for the project.
