I bought a wireless remote control for the 1D ages ago because I wanted to get one of those shots of an owl descending on its dinner in a field. Then the bloody thing decided to browse a different field so I'm thinking that when I get the time I might stick the camera and 15mm lens on the bird table (camouflaged) for some interesting angles on the tits. Re the thought of setting up half a dozen cameras on a basketball post, my iteration was that it was heartless. I think that it perhaps has 'less heart' than holding a camera and looking down the lens, but it's not totally heartless. And when I originally iterated, I was a bit pissed.
