Hi Juan,
My - still - good memory made me recall of an article on an old
issue of Spotmatic magazine.
I went to my library and luckily found a general index. The
article (from internet, by Ken Kuo), quotes a test made by Norm
Goldberg in the April 1983 issue of Popular Photography.
It was a comparison test among several cameras of different
brands.
The lags are expressed in milliseconds:
Pentax LX = 46
Olympus OM-1 = 60
Pentax Super Program(SuperA) = 65
Nikon FM2 = 70
Contax 137 = 76
Canon AE-1 = 86
Contax 139 = 90
Nikon FG/Leica R4 = 100
Minolta X700 = 176
Canon AE-1 Program = 185
Fujica AX-5 = 190
Some cameras were tested either in auto and manual mode, but
there were no differences.
The LX wins... I wonder how much the lag would be when the
winder is attached...
Hope this helps.
Ciao,
Gianfranco
