At the macro level every scientist I have ever heard of says so. Now if you
live at the quantum level things might be different. Most of us are a lot
bigger than an atom, and atoms are at the macro level. However in all
probability there is an underlying reality at the quantum level, however we
do not truely understand what it is (yet).

I'd go along with that 100%. To deny that reality exists, begs the
question, "Then why research?".
