I am afraid I never will. 
It's like my "relationship" with mushroom and onion stew. The perfect stew
is made of sour cream, and some tasty cheese. Then a little salt, some
pepper, some garlic, and (the secret) a bit of rosemary. Can't explain why I
love it, I just do. 
But if I do figure out what this something is, 
then, I sure will let you know ;-)
