I've had the Optio A10 for a couple of weeks and have taken quite a few photos, mainly snapshot type stuff.
Here's the link to a gallery with a few samples. <http://georgesphotos.net/Photography> Comments on the A10: I haven't yet found anything in the exif data to tell me when the anti-shake kicked in. On the other hand, I haven't loaded the "ACD for Pentax" software that came with the camera, nor have I contacted Pentax for assistance. If I get sufficiently motivated, I'll pursue it. I also haven't tried the DivX video clips. I'm still using an MX for video, so it hasn't been a priority. The noise issue reported by a couple of folks on the Pentax discus ion group over at DP review doesn't seem to be an issue. I don't use a lot of flash, so you only see a couple of flash lit samples. I'm pretty happy with the results, so far. Comments on the Smugmug Gallery: A few weeks ago, Smugmug added this new gallery style. It's called "critique." I've left originals enabled so you pixel peepers can examine the details. Beware, these files range from 2-3 Mpixels each. They are jpeg Best (as Pentax names them) See you later, gs <http://georgesphotos.net>
