On 29/3/06, Shel Belinkoff, discombobulated, unleashed:

>Does it not seem curious that the article doesn't mention what damage Kodak
>is allegedly doing to their customer's files? I read the article twice and
>found nothing but generalities and a degree of vagueness unusual even for
>the web.

That info would not be released into the general domain as it would no
doubt be very sensitive for Kodak, and the ex-employee will be bound by
non-disclosure agreements? We would love to be able to see the nuts and
bolts of it but unless it goes to court, I doubt it will come out. Even
then, there probably will be reporting restrictions. You might have to
literally sit in the court and listen - if it gets that far.

Cheers,
  Cotty
