They give different inducements in different countries based upon cultural preferences. In the USA they give rebates because all Americans are obsessed with money. In France they give brothel vouchers, whereas Germans receive enema tokens. In Britain they allow us to pay extra for our cameras, and give us a free telescopic umbrella worth £5.99. Bob
