Epson Enhanced Matte is probably the best choice for test printing. It's no good for sale (paper yellows over time) but it's extremely close to Hahnemuhle Photo Rag, so you can use it for test printing for anything that would be printed on HPR. Moab Kayenta and Entrada are two of my favourites (Vistek sells them btw).
