On second thought: She might be in need of a vet with a burden like that.
But the farmer is a vet, so I believe it will get the attention and help she
needs. 
I think I'll make a drop in visit to the farmer, giving her (it's a she) the
photo. I am curious, about how this sheep will cope with labour being so
huge.

The farmer's father showed me a beautiful new born goat. With perfect
symmetric drawing in the forehead. I'm looking forward to see it outdoor.
Goats are pretty photogenic. 

Ok. Enough reports off countryside life. 
I'm off to see too "my" birds.
