Thanks for looking Boris. Hope this isn't a duplicate. My previous
reply never appeared in my mailbox.
I've adjusted the color a bit since those initial comments were made
in regard to it being overly warm. In truth, the head and middle of
the snake are on the same plane. On a 100% blowup of the 72 meg file,
the head appears to be infocus. Depth of field here is only an inch
or two. Best I could muster, while keeping a workable shutter speed,
with the A400, A2X-S combination.
Paul, technically you're most probably right. In fact the second version
of the shot you posted look better w.r.t. focus as well. Yet, the
original shot *in my eyes* looked as if the head was slightly OOF... I
guess it is a matter of viewer's perception...
