No doubt in my mind. This is the strongest in this series. I don't really know what it says, but the image is a statement ;-)
The motif is ugly and pretty at the same time. The buildings in the foreground add a hint of passing times. Technically it is impressive, and the composition is very good. Cutting a half cm at left would make it look higher making the Spaceship feeling stronger. That might be an improvement.
