A few days ago, I walked through the forest and noticed two places I wanted to take a picture of. One was the obelisk itself, the other a tree shaped almost seat like, which I played in when I was a child and children still do today. I went up there this morning with the *ist D and both of these areas had been freshly sprayed with obscene graffiti. Lesson 1, always carry a camera. The picture I took was grabbed on return to the car, more as a reminder to return in better light and the digital camera works more like a notebook. I'll return in a few days when the children are back at school, and see if I can make a better job of this - assuming these hooligans haven't returned with more paint. Malcolm
