A fast connection is not available in my area. I check with my provider every six months or so, and signed on to a list to be notified when the service is available. The San Francisco Bay Area is a large place. I live in a somewhat rural area, where a lot of services are unavailable. Just as a point of information, a friend in Marin County couldn't get a high speed connection until just a few months ago. Yet people I know who lived close to him could get such a connection. There are friends who live within five miles of me who have a high speed connection, some of which use the same provider I do.
Never really asked for, nor wanted, your sympathy. It's nice to know that you can be judgmental without knowing all the facts. It's the American Way <LOL> Shel > [Original Message] > From: graywolf <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Seems to me that you ought to spring for the solid, fast connection.
