I don't actually have the book itself (I used to, but have no clue where it
is). However, if its a particular function or problem you are trying to
track down, please feel free to shout, and I may be able to help.
As a complete aside, from memory, you have a fairly good stock of lx bits,
and I was wondering if you had any of the new sg screens in yet?
