About $43 - Earthlink ISP through Time-Warner cable.  $60 seems kind of 
high unless it includes lots of useful bells and whistles.  SBC is 
offering DSL for $30 for the first year - don't know what it bumps up to 
after that, but I doubt much higher than $40.
