Tim ======= Me either actually. Elements 3 noise reduction didn't do much. Haven't tried PS but it probably won't do much either. And never done much noise reduction before. You have a point that the bands are horizontal, but the lights and things are diagonal. I still sort of like it, though. But it is probably technically, the worse shot of the shots that I like.
