Well Mr Logo and I have hit a mutual mid point on the redesign of the hat. See the links below.

Two and a half inches is not a lot of room to stitch I quess. As I have mentioned I can account for around 26 people that I know of that should be there, just from the PDML postings. I have made 36 to accommodate any one I may have over looked, SOs etc. If I wind up with t few extras Ill make that public in case someone wants one later.
