  Now seriously, if you want to differentiate between vibrations of
  mirror up and mirror return phases, just select a 2 second speed.
  I did this, and I could feel no difference in mirror up between
  my MZ-5n and a friend's PZ-1p (and 5n is my reference in terms of
  still SLRs). However, PZ-1p startled visibly on mirror return / film
  wind, yet less than all mechanical cameras that I ever handled.
