Jostein and I have just had a photo safari to Runde, a birds a paradise.
It's also a paradise for photographers, I had a wonderful time, with very
nice weather, and pleasant and entertaining company.
I have to go to work now, so I haven't time to write more about the trip.

Very interesting shot. The foreground appears to be in sunlight, the back,
not. I like the way that sets the bird off. Effective.

However, I tend to want the stuff in the foreground, my eye does, in focus
more. I don't think it would hurt the pic to crop a smidge off the bottom. Get
rid of a little of the shallow DOF of the weeds (grass? whatever).

Nice. I really like the color/lighting contrast. It makes the shot.
