Michael,
It's too soft and seems to lack a little something to make it "pop".
I'm not one to be very technical about what you can do in PS or whatever but I'd try a slightly different angle and more DOF. All that being said, it's not a BAD photograph. Keep posting and lets see how much better it gets :)

I de-saturated, then adjusted the lightness of the spectrum. Added some noise.
