It appears to me eye on portraits shall always require extra work to bring that sparckle, to bring faces to life. Dark brows eyes are wonderful, but measuring based on white skin shall always leave them lifeless, so I'm adding extra tone curve to highlight eyes here, and face has totally different feel that before...
