Hi all,
I sent this message to the ChiTek people yesterday because the card for
which I paid considerably too much £57.89 -- price included a tricky
£19.95 for postal insurance -- has still not arrived after three weeks.
Insured post never takes that long. What was their reaction? They sent a
*payment* reminder. Having already sent shipping advice on April 19. I
paid via PayPal on April 17 and they must know that. I've now lodged a
formal complaint with PayPal and shall wait to see what happens now.
Whatever you do, never buy anything from Chitekcorp or tech4bargain.com
(they are the same people). They have other names that I've forgotten
for the moment. In the meantime I'm making an arrangement for buying
from 7dayshop.

I have been emailing you about this for some time now and have received
no satisfactory reply. You have steadfastly refused to help me in a
search from this end; one can only assume this stems from inefficiency
since there can be no personal motive in a company of your apparent
size? I send and receive mail from the US regularly and cannot remember
anything like this in the twenty-five years I've been in Toivakka.
I have done everything I can from this end and last week the Post Office
checked their Insured Parcel lists from the 19th of April, and the
registered and recorded delivery lists as well, for good measure. The
office is being renovated at the moment and is a total mess. The staff
have gone to considerable trouble under difficult circumstances in an
effort to find this package. They assured me that nothing addressed to
me from you had arrived. In the absence of the tracking details I can do
no more. I suggest you either make a refund to my PayPal account or ship
a replacement today. I have prepared a full report for eBay and PayPal
which will go in the morning unless you take immediate action.
