It'll cost an extra buck or so but you can pay by Postal Money order,
it's a pain to go the PO every month to get a Money Order but I'd like
to see them try that with the Post Office.

Charter has often shown that they do not care about their customers,
and that they will skirt the law in anyway that they think might
benefit them. This is one step too far in my opinion. The problem is
that I have no other options in HS Internet access here where I am. I
am not sure what I am going to do about this, but I do know that I am
not going to give people who have again and again shown that they are
basically dishonest access to my bank accounts.
