I am continuing my search for a light source to go with my FA* 200 F4 Macro, and also to photograph close-in birds with other telephoto lenses. Don Williams' post on LED macros got me to doing some research.
Does anyone have experience with, or know anything about, this gadget? http://tinyurl.com/nft3r It is a continuous LED light source, purportedly good to about 20 feet. I am wondering: --Will a continuous light like this scare off birds and bees? --Will it give me more light at, say, 6 feet, than normal daylight would?
