Hi Boris, I purposely left the range open because a) I don't know what's available; b) I want to consider all options; c) asking an open ended question sometimes elicits a more broad ranging discussion that generates information about which I may not even know enough to ask questions. Zooms are essentially very new to me. I've never used one as much as I have the past few days. If, for example, a few people say that the 70-210 is a great lens, I may be inclined to consider it and go to the trouble of finding one to see how it may work for me.
