Argh, what a pisser! I bought a rather beat up example of this lens
on ebay a few months ago and just got it back from a cleaning! I was
looking forward to using it. To add insult to injury I bought a used
Takumar-A 28-80 zoom two years ago as well, though I have hardly used
it. I was planning on getting rid of the latter, anyway. My 1984
vintage Tamron 28-80 with the BBAR coatings seems to be at least as
good.
Now, (he asks belatedly, having just "won" an ebay auction for one),
what is the SMC-K 28mm f3.5 like?
