The files may be different enough that your program won't recognize them. Check with Phase One to see what cameras your version supports. You may need to upgrade or update the program.
This is quite a common situation. Adobe, for example, frequently updates their camera raw file to take into consideration cameras produced after a given version of the program has been released. You might be able to use Adobe's DNG converter with your program.
