That depends entirely on the sensor's native ISO. All the Pentax bodies, 
as well as both KM bodies and the low-end Nikons have a native ISO of 
200, Most Canons have a native ISO of 100. Most P&S cameras have very 
low native ISO's (typically 50 or 80).
