Hi Mike,
With Explorer _not_ running, select its icon, hold down the command key and
the letter "i" (get info). In the window that pops up you will either see
two little boxes with min-max ram allocation or a drop down selector that
says "general information" (in which case, click on it and select
"memory"). Change the bottom box to reflect your new allocation.
