The part circled in red is an artifact of your email program, which chooses to display a signature block separated from the body of the email message by a grey line.
As others have pointed out, the problem is triggered by these signature blocks (separated from the message, in normal text, by the "dash dash space" delimiter as specified in mail RFCs). These are generated, automatically, by the list software. Most of the time they just show up as a few extra lines of text at the bottom of the message, but under certain circumstances (not yet fully identified, but almost certainly depending on the MIME type and/or content encoding of the original message) the signature block is generated as a separate attachment. Saying "it's the part below the grey line", or "it's the highlighted block at the end of the message" isn't all that helpful, as different email programs show signature blocks in different ways (and, in fact, some of them can be set up to not display signature blocks at all).
