As far as I remember that's about what I was getting a few years ago.
Maybe not even that. However, I've boned up a bit on the Epson R800
and it looks like a pretty good proposition, with quite good
consumption figures - they tend to range quite widely, but that seems
to be in the nature of inkjet printing.

I have pretty much decided to buy an Epson R800 based on the
information everybody here has given, and on some reviews I've seen on
the interweb, eg here: http://www.photo-i.co.uk. In fact, Comet is
advertising the cheapest prices so I went along to my local one this
evening and would have bought - but out of stock.
