Wife of disgraced TV evangelist Jim Bakker, Jim and Tammy were co-hosts of the PTL (Praise the Lord) Club on US TV in the 80's and/or 90's, until Jim was indicted on fraud charges, IIRC. She was well-known for wearing waaaaaaaay too much mascara, and for crying wildly for no particular reason, this making the mascara run. This happened on a daily basis on their show. She was also known for her "big hair" Just google her name and click on "images".
