This has a rather strange background for me. Right behind the squirrel it turns green and starts to obscure the trunk in an odd way. I'm guessing there are some leaves there that are severely out of focus - but it does make for a strange look, almost like cloning out some stuff, but not quite done with it.
The pose is real cute, but I wish you had a slightly higher vantage point so I could see his nose.
