Thanks for your remarks, Bruce. Well, I guess it depends more on the (French and German) text than I had thought it would. The sign below the pipeline says "Quality, our strength!". The cut pipeline hints at the fact, that the plant is no longer operating. The rest simply doesn't translate. The 351 workers have been sacked and, as we say in German, they're "looking down the pipe", i.e. they've been left out, empty-handed. It may be less spectacular than the night shots.
