As long as you know what to ask. Why would it occur to somebody in a culture where it is routine for parents to photograph their naked children on a beach to thing that other cultures might be uptight about it?
Does anyone here, for example, consider the difficulties that might be caused to people in some Muslim countries if you show a woman with her face uncovered, perhaps driving a car? I'll bet nobody here has ever given it a single moment's thought, yet we expect other people to know all the peculiar nuances of our own moral and legal hang-ups.
