I think the centre vertcal is more or less straight now. I tried stretching the image vertically but (of course) the whole image stretched, not just the tower and it didn't look right. There is a small amount of vertical stretching on the tower through the use of the distort tool. I really like the potential of this sort of adjustment for architectural subjects so a lot more practising is called for.
