Don, I'm somewhat confused. You have your inavia account set for no mail delivery, yet that is the one generating the bounces and getting unsubbed. Do you have the other account set to run through inavia?
At any rate, having your ISP bounce messages is hardly a "list glitch." I have no control over what happens to a message once it leaves the server. To see what happens, I have bumped the bounce threshold to a higher value. Perhaps that will help.
