I picked up today a AF-540FGZ that I ordered a couple of weeks ago. I've just been fooling around with it (haven't read the manual yet :-) but my initial impressions are good. Personally I think the AF-500FTZ is cosmetically a smarter looking unit, but I'll get past that. The one cool feature is the wireless mode. I can see this opening up some creative lighting possibilities. Anyway I have to grab the manual & figure out how to use this thing properly.
