I would use Lightroom to get close to what you have (I downloaded your two pictures and got within a pretty close approximation with a few tweaks to the tonal curves using Lightroom), and then complete the job in Photoshop. You can get exactly the same thing that way, given the same starting data.
I'm not an expert in Lightroom use either. I'm still learning how its adjustments work compared to Camera Raw.
