Hey all.... I was just wondering if the "Plus" version of the Katz eye split prism screen for the *ist-D[SL] series truly is "better." I've got a cut-down screen in my -DS and I use primarily MF lenses... many of which are Super-Taks, pre-A K glass, or other M42 stop-down. Although I can see through the prism at f/8, it takes extremely careful eye placement in the viewfinder. Has anyone with the Katz-eye "Plus" been able to compare it to a traditional split-prism? I'm wondering if their claim of "well-past f/11" is bunk or not.
