G'day Rick,

Go to the Adobe Photoshop updates page and download "Adobe DNG Converter 
and Camera Raw x.xx update" (~3.4M) You need an Adobe ID to login.

Included in the zipped file is the standalone "Adobe DNG Converter.exe" 
program. Nothing to install, the .exe file just sits on my desktop.
